By far the two best known areas of our residential property are Regent's Park and Kensington Palace Gardens, two famous examples of The Crown Estate's commitment to retaining the fine architecture and planning of the nineteenth century.
However, The Crown Estate’s portfolio of privately leased houses and flats comprises a wide range of properties in many other places. The large majority are in London, including St James’s, Westminster and Richmond, but we also have private residential properties in both urban and rural locations in England and Scotland. When they become available they are marketed through our managing agents.
