The Kensington Palace Gardens estate is currently managed by Cluttons, a firm of chartered surveyors. The Crown Estate owns all the properties and the roadway.

Cluttons is the first point of contact for all queries, including matters relating to the leases, payment of rent, proposals for alterations, and management of the street, for example security and the caretaking of vacant properties.

Security

Because there are many embassies and ambassadors' residences in the street security is an important issue at Kensington Palace Gardens. A company called Fast Security is currently employed to provide 24 hour security at either end of the street, controlling vehicular access.
