Managing Agent

Our managing agent in Regent's Park is John Dyer, a surveyor with Cluttons. He has been responsible for managing Regent's Park, on behalf of The Crown Estate for nine years. He has met a number of you and others may have seen him on the estate.

If you have any queries relating to the terms or the assignment of your lease, your rent payments, lease extensions or other estate issues, John Dyer will be pleased to help you. You should also contact him if you are thinking of altering your property in some way, before you have plans drawn up professionally. The Crown Estate has a list of "nominated architects" who are experienced conservation architects, one of which you should choose to use.
