Marine Estate
The gross revenue contribution generated by the marine estate was £35.1 million, an increase of 2.9% on the previous year. Capital value of this estate, which consists of almost the entire seabed out to the 12 nautical mile limit, over 55% of the UK's foreshore and the beds of tidal rivers and estuaries, increased by £39.3 million to £336.5 million.
