Residential heritage properties

Both of our core London holdings include residential property: our ongoing investment in St James's aims to build on an established and significant residential community, while on Regent Street there are a number of modern apartments for city living.

Kensington Palace Gardens and Regent's Park are often cited as two of London's most prestigious residential addresses and are home to a number of national embassies and ambassadorial residences. We are a significant owner of freehold property in these prime central London locations where classical terraces and villas are highly sought after for their attractive mix of both heritage and modern interior features.

In Regent's Park we own around 600 properties, and in Kensington Palace Gardens we own 50 properties providing 76 homes. These are occupied on a mixture of long-leases and shorter term tenancies.

Through our agents, Savills, we manage the leases to these properties in line with both our commercial responsibilities to the Treasury, but also as steward of these historic parts of London, preserving their rich architectural and historic character.

Our Regent's Park tenants can find out more information by visiting the website.
