St James’s Chambers, Ryder Street

A popular building comprising 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments in a discreet location off Jermyn Street. This building benefits from a beautifully designed entrance hall and many of the apartments have recently been refurbished.

37 Duke Street

Sitting amongst the boutique art galleries of Duke Street St James’s, this five-storey building comprises well-proportioned apartments many of which have undergone recent refurbishment.

15 Jermyn Street

A new development of luxury, interior designed apartments, each finished to a high specification, some with views to Piccadilly Circus and Big Ben to the south.

In 2016 we expect to complete on around 10 new apartments in St James’s. These have been finished to a design and specification befitting their location in the heart of St James’s, and will add to our existing residential assets in this part of London.

Regent Street

In our Regent Street portfolio there are a number of modern apartments for city living, consisting of more than 80 flats located in 16 buildings along the street. These are managed by our partners, Regent Street Home.

Regent Street Home provides a range of high quality, furnished apartments for available to lease on 12 month tenancies. Customers living in the beautifully designed homes are supported by a high level of service through a dedicated residential property manager and 24 hour help desk.

The local amenities in this location are second to none. Customers are within walking distance of  Regent Street’s world famous retail stores, restaurants, bars and cafés which all form an essential part of West End living.
