Waste and Recycling

As part of our aim to operate as an organisation which uses resources efficiently and, in particular, curbs the production of waste and increases its recycling, we have reviewed waste retrieval on Regent Street. Our new HQ building, 16 New Burlington Place, has been added to the list of five other properties under our direct management on the Regent Street estate that now all use one waste contractor – Grosvenor Waste. Through monthly reports, we can now monitor all recyclable and landfill waste and work towards reducing these figures.

Waste audits have also been carried out at Fleet Place House and Cambridge Business Park with several more planned for the coming year, such as Willows Lodge in Hemel Hempstead and Guildford Business Park.
