We are a Modern Forward Facing Employer

We Are:

  • A recognised Investor In People – we are a good employer with modern working practices and skilled people;
  • Aware of our Corporate Social Responsibilities, enacting strategies for improved management of environmental and social aspects of the business whilst enhancing our reputation;
  • Customer focused – we strive to be a landlord of choice and good people to do business with;
  • An effective, pro-active business which anticipates and responds to changing economic and market conditions and maximises value.

Who We Are

  • We employ around 400 staff who work at ten localities throughout the UK, with London, Windsor and Edinburgh the three principal employment locations.
  • The business has urban, marine and rural interests supported by a range of corporate functions including finance, information systems, legal, communications, internal audit, corporate support and HR. We also directly manage the wide diversity of Windsor Great Park, together with its gardens and forests.

Our people are a vital asset to the organisation. We actively encourage all-round personal development, including work-related training and the pursuit and retention of professional qualifications. We are proud to be recognised as an Investor in People.

Teamwork is essential, but individual contributions are recognised and appreciated. Good internal communications are a priority and we make use of a variety of formal and informal channels. Our intranet is accessible to all office-based staff and is updated daily. It is a powerful resource containing a blend of corporate procedures and announcements, photography from events, plus information of a more social nature. Our in-house magazine, 'The Bridge', is distributed to all staff, keeping them informed with detailed communication on a variety of announcements and events.
