Affordable Housing for Key Workers After consultation with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Mayor for London, it was agreed that a ceiling of 60% of local market rents should be applied to our properties. This maintains The Crown Estate’s commitment to providing affordable housing in central London.
