Welcome to The Crown Estate
Our estate includes a trio of well located marinas and more than 1,000 moorings along the River Hamble.
Located in Conwy county borough (Bwrdeistref Sirol), this 165-berth marina is to be found on the beautiful north Welsh coast in the village of Deganwy and has superb sailing waters. The marina is operated by Quay Marinas.
The on-site facilities include toilets, showers, bathrooms and laundry facilities in the marina building, water and electricity supply available on all pontoons, a boatyard service and 20 tonne mobile hoist, hardstanding and barbecue area and chandlery / boat sales on site.
Rhu currently provides 175 berths and related facilities on a 2.6 ha (6.5 acre) site on the Firth of Clyde, and is recognised as one of the finest sailing areas in the world.
The site includes serviced pontoons, boat storage areas, marine workshops and chandlery as well as the RNLI station with slipway and HM Coastguard. A new breakwater and pontoons have been installed for 2011. The marina is operated by Quay Marinas.
This marina is located on the north bank of the River Crouch outside the Essex town of Burnham-on-Crouch. It is operated by Burnham Yacht Harbour Marina Ltd.
The marina includes 350 fully serviced pontoons, boatyard, chandlery, yacht brokers and 'The Swallow Tail' bar and restaurant overlooking the marina.
Mid-stream along the River Hamble in Hampshire, we own and manage, through the services of the Hamble Harbour Master, 450 or so piled moorings and mooring areas, together providing around 1,200 competitively priced moorings for the public and local boat clubs and yards. Facilities range from mud berths to pontoon moorings.
