The topping out ceremony of the St James's Street & Bury Street site, in the heart of St James’s, took place today.
The ceremony was marked by a speech from Arnaud Bekaert of construction partners Bouygues UK.

TK Maxx to open at Victoria Retail Park, Nottingham

The new TK Maxx store will open at 9am on 19 February 2015 and TK Maxx plan to celebrate with a special welcome for customers including a gift card giveaway for the first 500 shoppers.

La Martina opens flagship in St James's, London

Argentinean polo lifestyle brand La Martina has opened its first UK flagship store in The Crown Estate and Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan’s £100m St James’s Gateway redevelopment.
St James’s Gateway already plays host to Tiger of Sweden’s first UK store, as well as globally renowned brands like Barbour International, Osprey, Sunspel, and royal warrant holder Grosvenor Shirts.

Windsor Estate pilots Corporate Natural Capital Accounting

We chose to pilot Corporate Natural Capital Accounting, a new accounting framework developed for organisations to take better account of the natural capital they own, on our Windsor Estate. The framework was developed for England’s Natural Capital Committee by eftec, RSPB and PwC.
Mark Gough, our Head of Sustainability, said: “We’d advocate other organisations undertake CNCA in order to understand the wider societal value generated by natural capital assets, and inform budgetary discussions and priority setting.”
Regent Street's Watches of Switzerland wins design award

Callison, the agency behind the design of 155 Regent Street’s Watches of Switzerland has won an international design award for its work on the company’s flagship showroom, scooping the Retail Design Institute’s 2014 International Store Design Competition’s award in the Hard Line Specialty Stores category.
The competition celebrates exceptional retail experiences across more than 20 categories.
