10 New Burlington Street, London W1

The Regent Street building brings innovative architecture to one of the world's most famous shopping streets, renowned for its architectural curve. 10 New Burlington Street is a mixed-use development by The Crown Estate, which commenced in spring 2011 and completed on time and on budget in March 2014. The new, 140,000 ft2 building sets new standards and was fully let within nine months of completion.

Before the redevelopment, the site consisted of a block of disparate, cluttered buildings with irregular levels, while the retail units were small and compromised by office entrances. The Crown Estate's challenge was to retain the Grade II listed façades and vaults, while comprehensively redeveloping the block.

10 New Burlington Street is the most recently completed development as part of our on-going £1 billion pound investment in Regent Street, part of our Central London portfolio which includes over 8 million ft2 across London's West End.

In July the 10 New Burlington Street development also won the 'Office Buildings' category at the New London Awards 2015. These awards follow on from The Crown Estate winning 'Developer of the Year’ at the 2015 Property Awards earlier in the year.
