Accountancy firm set to excel at Cambridge Business Park

We have today announced a deal with Price Bailey to take 11,055 sq. ft of space at our business park in Cambridge.

Chartered accountants and business advisers Price Bailey, who have had a presence in Cambridge for more than 50 years, has relocated its Cambridge office to larger premises at the business park on a 15 year lease, increasing its office size by a third.

The arrival of Price Bailey follows the expansion of FTSE 250 technology developer CSR plc global HQ at the park last year. Further lettings in 2014 included a combined 11,000 sq. ft, to the multi-national computer technology company, Oracle, and to JDR Cable Systems, a leading provider of high-tech cabling for the offshore energy industry.

Cambridge Business Park is also located next to the new £30 million Cambridge North station, currently under construction and set to be completed by March 2016. The line will connect the business park directly to King's Cross and Liverpool Street in London, plus Norwich, King's Lynn, Stansted airport and Birmingham.
