Katerina Mercury, Regent Street Asset Manager, said: “Murdock’s arrival on Brewer Street will become a great destination for our growing number of discerning male shoppers. Murdock offers a perfect synergy with its neighbouring brands, enhancing Regent Street’s position as a world class shopping and leisure destination.”

Founder, Brendan Murdock, said: “Brewer Street has a fantastic place in the history of London. Home once to breweries and a hunting ground within the Soho district of London, a true gentleman’s haunt. This new flagship centers us in the heart of London’s Regent Street Shopping district.”

Brewer Street, and its adjoining streets on Glasshouse Street and Sherwood Street, are part of our on-going £1 billion regeneration of Regent Street which has seen the redevelopment of historic blocks to create high quality modern retail and office space, as well as improvements to the public realm.

Brewer Street’s redevelopment features a rich mixture of retained neo-classical facade and contemporary architecture. The retained Edwardian facades are enlivened with the addition of new blue, cream and green faience. These bespoke hues reflect the character and colours of the surrounding streets to characterise the changing environment between Regent Street and Soho.

Our investment has transformed Regent Street into one of the world’s most popular shopping, leisure and business destinations, which counts a wide range of successful global retailers, restaurateurs and companies amongst its tenants.  The Crown Estate manages Regent Street on behalf of the Regent Street Partnership, which comprises The Crown Estate and Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM).
