Regent Street to host new London office for Freeths LLP

The Crown Estate, on behalf of the Regent Street Partnership, has let 6,000 sq. ft on the third floor of 1 Vine Street to law firm Freeths LLP to set up its new London office.

Other tenants at 1 Vine Street include Patron Capital, Lloyds Development Capital and The Maybourne Hotel Group.

Freeths is a national law firm with 11 offices across England with 137 partners and 562 staff.
