In a collaboration with Regent Street landlord, The Crown Estate, the Canadian lifestyle brand’s new flagship store will span three floors at 187-189 Regent Street.

In a separate agreement with The Crown Estate, announced earlier this month, the store’s current occupier, GANT, will be relocating its global flagship store to 184-186 Regent Street.

Katerina Mercury, Asset Manager for The Crown Estate’s Regent Street Portfolio said: “lululemon’s new flagship on Regent Street will showcase the brand’s fantastic range of cutting edge, technical sportswear, whilst providing a truly unique and innovative in-store experience for shoppers. We’re delighted to be working with lululemon to bring this exciting new concept to Regent Street.”

The letting forms part of The Crown Estate’s on-going £1bn investment programme for Regent Street, which has, since 2002, transformed the area into the world’s most popular retail and leisure destination, boasting an impressive array of flagship stores from the most exciting global brands.

In the last year, The Crown Estate has worked with over 20 brands to open new stores on Regent Street, demonstrating the area’s continuing attractiveness to the world’s leading retailers and restaurateurs.
