The Crown Estate appoints BLP as key advisor across its Central London portfolio

We have awarded the legal mandate for our £7bn Central London Portfolio to BLP; following a tender process commenced in the Summer of 2016.

Our Central London portfolio comprises 8million sq.ft. of commercial property across Regent Street and around half of St James’s.We are currently delivering a £1.5 billion investment and redevelopment programme in the area, regenerating historic blocks and the surrounding public realm to create world-class space that meets the needs of modern retail and office occupiers.
