THE CROWN ESTATE TO SELL UNIQUE HARLEY STREET INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Crown Estate is bringing to market an exclusive opportunity to purchase a continuous terrace of properties on Harley Street in the fashionable London district of Marylebone.
On the market for the first time in over 470 years, the freehold block comprising 8,800 m² (94,721 ft²) of medical and residential accommodation is spread across fourteen terraced properties and mews properties to the rear.
