Fort Kinnaird Retail Park, Edinburgh
We hold an interest in Fort Kinnaird Retail Park via a joint venture limited partnership with the Hercules Unit Trust (HUT).
The 50:50 joint venture incorporates three properties in total – as well as HUT’s 51,000 m² (550,000 ft²) Fort Kinnaird Shopping Park in Edinburgh, there is, in England, The Crown Estate’s Gallagher Retail Park in Cheltenham (23,000 m²; 246,000 ft²) and The Shires Retail Park in Leamington Spa (13,000 m²; 140,000 ft²).

Fort Kinnaird Retail Park
39 – 41 George Street, Edinburgh
This holding on George Street provides approximately 2,700 m² (29,000 ft²) of office and retail space. It was rebuilt behind a listed Georgian façade in 1994.
The well configured retail unit extends to approximately 850 m² (9,100 ft²) on basement, ground and mezzanine levels. It is wholly let to Austin Reed, whilst the Grade A offices are leased to several occupiers who also benefit from dedicated car parking.
