1) CBL WEBSITE LOGIN
Login Requirements
To login you must provide the following details:
- Applicant Reference (assigned to you when you first registered)
- First Name
- Surname
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
If you need to amend what you have entered, press the “Clear” button.
Once you have completed all relevant fields, click the “Login” button.
Please note: your session will timeout after twenty minutes of inactivity and you will be required to login again.
2) LIVE PROPERTY CHOICE
Available Properties
This lists all the properties that are available for bidding in this edition of the live property choice.
To view more details on each property, follow the “More Details…” link below each image. Information includes:
- Type of property and location e.g. two bedroom flat – E9 7JD
- The unique property reference number
- Rent per calendar month
- A brief property description
- Room dimensions.
3) PROPERTY DETAILS
Property Details and Images
Here you will find specific information on a particular property. Unlike the live property choice and archived property choice pages, this features all available images of the property. Floor plan images are also available.
To magnify an image, click on the thumbnail at the right of the page.
4) LIVE BIDS
Submit Bids on Properties
From this page you can submit bids from the current live edition. Only properties you are eligible to submit bids for are listed.
The number of rooms you are able to bid for is under your applicant reference number, near the top of the page.
In the list of properties there are four columns:
- “ID” – property reference number
- “Bid” – your preferred order of properties
- “Property” – image and brief details
- “Status” – “Submitted” indicates that you have placed a bid.
How to Submit
You may only bid for properties for which you are eligible.
Using the drop-down menus in the “Bid” column, select the properties in your preferred order, i.e. first choice = 1, second choice = 2, etc.
Whenever you make changes the page will refresh, re-ordering your preferences.
To remove a bid, select “No Bid” from the drop-down menu.
Once your selections are finalised, click the “Submit Bids” button.
The status of your bids will be displayed in the “Status” column.
If the edition deadline has passed you will not be able to make further bids or alter your existing bids.
5) BID HISTORY
Bids Submitted from Previous Editions
Listed here are your bids on properties from previous editions.
The properties are grouped per edition and are ordered from earliest to latest edition. The “Status” column indicates whether your bid was the winning bid or not.
6) ARCHIVED PROPERTY CHOICE
Previous Properties Available
This page details editions that are now closed. The reference numbers of winning applicants are included beside the relevant bid. Any property not successfully claimed will be referenced “No Winner”.
To view past properties, select the relevant edition from the drop-down menu on the left of the page. To view more details on a property, click the “More Details…” link.
