How do I pay my rent / service charge?

The Crown Estate accepts payment by two different methods. Tenants can either pay using a Giro card at a Post Office or by standing order through their bank or building society.

Lessees will receive an invoice when ground rent and / or service charges are due for payment. These are also payable by standing order or at a bank using a giro slip.

We do not accept cash or cheques at the local offices for normal rent or service charge payments.
