The Crown Estate has a legal duty under the gas regulations to ensure that landlord fitted gas appliances are checked annually for gas safety.

Our contractors will normally contact tenants direct to arrange for a suitable appointment, please help us and ensure your own safety by co-operating fully with their request for access to your home.
