Who do I inform if I sell my home?

Leaseholders have to receive permission from The Crown Estate to assign/sell their lease. A "Licence to Assign" will be drawn up by our solicitors, which must be signed by all parties before you complete the sale.

Your local estate office will be able to supply further details.
