Do I need permission to carry out home improvements?

Before you begin any DIY work, it’s always best to obtain our written permission FIRST.

Remember that any damage or liabilities incurred will be down to you if you haven’t obtained our authorisation beforehand. DIY may look a cheap and easy solution, but most jobs require skills and talents that not everyone possesses.

So why not save a lot hassle - and potentially a lot of money - by checking first with your local estate office. Please also make sure you keep to reasonable hours and inform your neighbours if the job involves drilling, hammering or ripping out.
