Can I sub-let?

The Crown Estate’s tenancy agreements do not allow rented tenants to sub-let their properties. Please consult the Tenancy Book for further details.

Lessees can sub-let, but The Crown Estate's written consent must be obtained in advance. Please contact your local estate office if you have any queries.
