'Housing News' - the regular magazine sent to our more than 1,200 affordable rented tenancies across the four main estates in London.
Since its inception in 1997, 'Housing News' has evolved from a four-page newsletter into the present magazine format. Containing a mix of information and articles of interest, it has proven very popular - indeed the feedback received from a customer satisfaction survey showed over 90% of respondents see it as a valuable method by which we communicate with them.
