Urban Business Awards 2007

The urban business award has been awarded to Firmdale Hotels plc, for their Haymarket Hotel. The judges were impressed by their contribution to the built environment by improving relatively run down areas, and their demonstrable commercial success since their launch in 1985. Firmdale’s chain of small boutique town house hotels has an excellent customer service ethos which aligns itself closely to The Crown Estate’s core values.
