We are governed by an Act of Parliament and work supportively with government; in Westminster, in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and at a local level. Our net surplus (profit) goes to the Treasury for the benefit of the nation.

Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford

In May 2010, we added Westgate shopping centre, Oxford to our asset list. The £56 million purchase from Capital Shopping Centres formed a part of our strategy to further diversify our urban property portfolio and reduce our central London weighting.
