Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms launches at Ocean Retail Park, Portsmouth

The Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, Councillor Frank Jonas, today officially opened Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms at Ocean Retail Park, Portsmouth.
The ceremonial ribbon was also cut with Portsmouth RNLI representative, Jacqui Hutchins, regional manager south at Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms, Greg Ashdown and showroom manager, Mark Hill.
It’s All About Offices on Regent Street

David Shaw, Head of the Regent Street portfolio, unveiled two new Regent Street Office brands at the portfolio's 'All About Offices' event hosted at BBC Broadcasting House.
These new brands, "Regent Street Office Direct" and "Offices by Regent Street", support our ongoing £1 billion investment, which is focused very significantly on offices. Given the scale of Regent Street's offices and the potential for future growth in office space we see Regent Street as a distinct, three million ft2 office sub-market, as attractive as any in London.
The Gate, Newcastle, awarded BCSC accolade

The Gate in Newcastle won a Purple Apple Merit, for the 'Freshtival' event, at the BCSC Purple Apple Marketing Awards last night.
We purchased The Gate in September 2012.

The world comes to Regent Street

The World on Regent Street takes place Sunday 12 May 2013, clearing the street of traffic and welcoming visitors from across the globe. Many nations are taking part in this exciting new event, including Argentina, China, Egypt, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey and of course the UK. Come along to sample traditional dishes and cultural performances in a carnival style atmosphere.

Coliseum Shopping Park captured for £81 million

We have acquired Coliseum Shopping Park, Cheshire Oaks, for £81 million. The park is one of the most popular retail schemes in the northwest, and offers a diverse tenant mix including Next, Argos, H&M and Mamas & Papas. Debenhams is also due to open in 2014.

Oak Furniture Land to open at Victoria Retail Park

Oak Furniture Land is set to open its doors at Victoria Retail Park in Nottingham. The UK's largest retailer of solid hardwood furniture, Oak Furniture Land has signed a deal for a 7,500 ft2 unit at the park, joining existing retailers including Tesco Home Plus, Next, Argos, Boots and Pets at Home.
