Giant airborne sculpture at The Savill Building, Windsor Great Park
Ernest the Owl, a giant sculpture with a 5 m (16 ft) wing span and made entirely from recycled cardboard packaging, is suspended from the ceiling of The Savill Building until the end of January, and is ready to swoop down on visitors as they come through the doors.

Our businesses
- Parkland
Parkland on the Windsor estate includes Windsor Great Park, the only Royal Park managed by The Crown Estate, which includes The Royal Landscape. The immediate surrounds of Windsor Castle comprise 400 acres of the Home Park.
- Forestry
Windsor and Swinley Forests, which make up 50 per cent of the estate, evolved from one of the large royal hunting forests, but today have an important commercial, recreational and environmental role.
- Residential and commercial lettings
Today an increasing number of both residential and commercial properties across the entire estate are let on long and short term leases through retained letting agents.
