Michelle joined The Crown Estate in 2015 after 11 years in financial services.
As head of Customer, she leads the team responsible for leading the evolution of customer value, customer experience and digital product, through customer led insights.
Prior to The Crown Estate Michelle was Head of Customer Experience for Santander plc, having worked at Santander for 11 years and prior to this the John Lewis Partnership. She is a highly experienced CX professional across real estate, financial service and retail.
