Paul Sedgwick
Deputy Ranger, Windsor Great Park
Paul was appointed Deputy Ranger of the Windsor estate in August 2014.
Paul manages a team of around 200 covering activities such as property management, tourism, horticulture, marketing, grounds maintenance and forestry. He reports to the Ranger of the Great Park, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
As Deputy Ranger, Paul sits on a number of committees including the Royal School, the Royal Chapel Committee, The York Club, the Royal Windsor Horse Show, Windsor Park Equestrian Club, the Royal Forest Agricultural Association and he is also a Trustee of The Prince Philip Trust Fund.
He is a qualified chartered surveyor and was previously a partner with Strutt and Parker. He has managed the Duke of Wellington’s Stratfield Saye estate and Lord Iliffe’s estate at Yattendon. During Paul’s tenure Yattendon won the highly prestigious RASE’s Bledisloe gold medal for a range of successful diversification projects and a commitment to improving the rural environment. Paul is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Stratfield Saye estate.
