We think differently to create brilliant places.
Our brilliant places in Regional
Our portfolio if 4.3 million sq ft of prime regional retail and leisure space comprises 13 retail and shopping parks, three shopping centres and one leisure venue.
We take a bespoke approach at each of our brilliant places, with a long-term view to investing in, developing and delivering the best retail and leisure destinations. From Newcastle to Exeter, Aintree to Harlow, we create brilliant places where people want to shop, eat and explore.
As well as an impressive, industry-leading portfolio of prime retail and leisure, we also actively manage a portfolio of industrial and warehousing and prime offices.
Our team is united in its ambition to always deliver ‘the best scheme for the right location’, wherever we are in the UK. Taking a long-term view with our investment, development and management decisions enables us to think differently; creating value for our customers, our partners, our communities.
