Retail & leisure

We take a bespoke approach to each of our retail and leisure destinations to deliver the best experience for our customers, visitors and local communities.

The portfolio includes 16 vibrant and popular retail and leisure destinations covering over five million sq ft of space in city centres and out-of-town locations across England. With an estimated 100 million visits each year, they include Fosse Park in Leicester, Rushden Lakes in Northamptonshire, and joint ventures at Princesshay in Exeter, Westgate in Oxford and Crown Point in Leeds.

Long-term thinking drives our investment, development and management decisions and our destinations are built to evolve. As the retail landscape shifts, we pride ourselves on our forward-thinking, agile approach, predicting and responding to visitors’ changing needs.

From actively supporting local people into employment, to setting new environmental standards, sustainability is at the heart of our approach. Working collaboratively with our customers we can support them in their efforts to run their businesses responsibly, and by building strong relationships with local stakeholders and community partners, we all benefit from working together for the long term.
