London

Retail

We care for some of London’s most famous shopping streets that are home to British icons and many of the world’s leading retailers.

For our customers looking to showcase their brands, Regent Street and St James’s offer opportunities tailored to their needs. We work with each of our customers to find the ideal space, from pop-up to flagship, to reflect their unique personalities.

Regent Street, the first dedicated shopping street in the world, provides an unequalled mix of outstanding retail, one-off experiences and big name fashion. Each year it welcomes millions of visitors from the UK and abroad. The St James's neighbourhood offers a unique range of choice and experience and our customers share our passion for maintaining the character and heritage of the area, creating a truly one of a kind retail offer.

Pop-ups

Our pop-up spaces offer new and unique ways of engaging with visitors and shoppers. Benefitting from street-level visibility on our globally renowned estate, our spaces are an ideal place for a retail pop-up, experiential marketing, or brand engagement activity.
