Hannah Milne

Hannah Milne joined The Crown Estate in January 2011, and sits on our Group Leadership team as Managing Director of our Regional Strategic Business Unit.

Hannah leads our Regional business and is focused on broadening our focus towards mixed-use development and regeneration, creating long-term value and performance through asset management and development. She leads a team which manages a diverse portfolio across the country, which includes retail parks, shopping centres, business parks, logistics and strategic land with a capital value of around £1.8 billion.

At The Crown Estate, Hannah has led the Regional business since 2016.  She has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry spanning a broad range of activities, including strategy, capital markets trading, asset management and development.  Previously with Knight Frank and BNP Paribas, she has over 20 year's transactional experience in the capital markets. She is a chartered surveyor with a MA from Cambridge University in Modern Languages.
