The Crown Estate and Quay Marinas have launched the new 'Little Orme' dredging vessel at Conwy Quay Marina, which together with Deganwy Marina contributes £6 million a year to the north Wales economy. The Crown Estate and Quay Marinas were joined by the Mayor of Conwy, Anne Roberts.

The Crown Estate has today announced that we have signed Telefónica Digital and Halfords Media to over 7,500 m2 (80,000 ft2) of office space at our AirW1 scheme, part of the Quadrant 3 redevelopment just off the southern end of Regent Street. The mixed use scheme, which completed four months ahead of schedule in November 2012, is now by rental value over 60 per cent let.

The Crown Estate has today announced the appointment of Huub den Rooijen as our first head of offshore wind energy. Huub will take up the post in the spring of 2012. He has played a major role in some of the biggest offshore wind projects in Europe and advised many of the industry's leading companies.

The Crown Estate can announce that Philippe Le Roux's Villandry will lead the latest revitalisation of one of our historic listed buildings in St James's, to bring it back to life as an 740 m2 (8,000 ft2) London flagship restaurant catering for up to 600 diners a day.
