REGENT STREET 400th LETTING SINCE 2003

19 October 2007

Regent Street this week became the new home of advertising agency Hooper Galton. Reknowned for their ‘Delicious Monsters’ concept, the agency have taken up residence in a new 325 sq m (3,500 sq ft) office space.

The move saw Regent Street Offices agree its 400th transaction on Regent Street since 2003, and Hooper Galton, whose clients include Bertolli, Nando’s, Asahi, and most recently Fox’s Confectionary, are making the move from their old Soho location.

The agency will be taking full advantage the Regent Street Offices flexible lease, with fixed costs and giving the firm the flexibility to offer six month’s notice at any point in the tenancy; a flexibility designed for ambitious small & medium sized businesses.

Rachel Brooking, Director, Regent Street Offices, said: “Regent Street Offices is thrilled to sign Hooper Galton to Regent Street. We’ve recently seen a growing trend of PR, advertising and marketing agencies making Regent Street their home; reaffirming the idea that as well as being the West End shopping destination, Regent Street really is a place for business."

Oliver Lewis-Barclay, Managing Partner, at Hooper Galton, said: "We're delighted to have become a Regent Street business. Our new office is bigger and smarter than before, though in our hearts we'll always be more Soho than Mayfair, I suspect."
