Peter Hofbauer
Board Commissioner
Peter Hofbauer was appointed as Board Counsellor on 1 September 2024 and made Board Commissioner in July 2025.
Peter has significant experience in infrastructure investment and management across all infrastructure sectors, including renewables.
Peter founded Hermes Infrastructure and led the global infrastructure team at Babcock & Brown. Prior to these two roles he worked with Westpac Banking Corporation and PwC. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Tax Institute in Australia.
As part of his various roles Peter held senior management, investment committee, audit & risk committee, remuneration committee and board positions. He is also currently a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee at Inter Fund Management SA a subsidiary of Interogo Holding AG.
