Please note that registering on In-Tend does not make your organisation an approved supplier. Suppliers are selected through our procurement process as appropriate.
Supplier onboarding
If your organisation has been selected to provide goods, services or works to The Crown Estate, you will receive a direct invitation from The Crown Estate to complete supplier onboarding.
Supplier onboarding is a separate process and must be completed before your organisation can be set up to transact with The Crown Estate.
Purchase Orders and invoicing
The Crown Estate operates a "No Purchase Order (PO), No Payment" policy.
This helps ensure suppliers are correctly onboarded, budgets have been approved, and payments can be processed efficiently and accurately. Also, this supports reducing invoice queries and payment delays.
Before starting work, delivering goods, or providing services, please ensure you have received a valid Purchase Order from your Crown Estate contact.
Invoices should be submitted to invoicing@thecrownestate.co.uk and must clearly reference a valid Purchase Order number. Invoices submitted without a PO number may be delayed or rejected.
Supplier Charter
The charter embodies our purpose, core values and priorities, and sets clear expectations on how they should apply across our whole supply chain. This includes requirements for suppliers to demonstrate their commitment to our priorities.

Procurement opportunities
To be notified of and have access to all of our procurement opportunities, you need to have an account on the government central digital platform.
