In London, our estate spans Regent Street, one of the world’s most renowned lifestyle destinations, and St James’s, one of the capital’s most distinctive historic neighbourhoods. From global flagships and acclaimed restaurants to emerging designers and iconic heritage brands, each visit offers something new. 

Beyond the capital, our portfolio extends to approximately 7 million sq ft, including leading destinations such as Fosse Park in Leicester and Rushden Lakes in Northamptonshire, welcoming over 100 million visitors each year. From city centres to out-of-town locations, these destinations serve as thriving community hubs.

About Regent Street

Located in the heart of London’s West End, Regent Street is one of the world’s most iconic lifestyle destinations, known for its landmark flagship stores, elegant historic architecture and vibrant atmosphere. 

Spanning nearly two kilometres, Regent Street and its characterful side streets deliver a compelling mix of retail, dining and lifestyle experiences in a stylish, welcoming setting. Alongside globally renowned fashion houses and industry-leading names in beauty, wellbeing and fitness, the area is also home to some of London’s most sought-after places to eat and drink. 

Named after the Prince Regent in 1819, and designed by the acclaimed architect John Nash, Regent Street is defined by its sweeping Grade II listed façades, among the finest examples of period architecture in the capital. For over two centuries, it has continually evolved, balancing its rich heritage with a contemporary vision.

About St James's

Dating back to 1661, St James’s is one of London’s most distinguished and historic neighbourhoods. Blending heritage with contemporary style, its streets, boutique arcades and galleries offer a distinctive sense of character and charm. 

From St James’s Market to Princes Arcade, and Jermyn Street to Piccadilly, the area is home to a world-class mix of retail, culture and dining. Renowned for its craftsmanship and design, its retail offer brings together iconic British brands, global names, world-famous emporiums and contemporary boutiques. 

St James’s is equally known for its exceptional dining, featuring some of the capital’s most acclaimed restaurants, from award-winning chefs showcasing global cuisines to relaxed all-day eateries.

About Fosse Park

With over 750,000 sq ft of retail, dining and leisure space, Fosse Park is one of the UK’s largest and most vibrant out-of-town destinations, attracting more than 14 million visitors each year.  

It offers a well-balanced mix of high street favourites, leading fashion brands and everyday essentials, all within thoughtfully designed, pedestrian-friendly surroundings. A spacious, contemporary food court brings together food from across the globe, providing a relaxed and welcoming place to unwind. 

Designed with community at its heart, Fosse Park features amenities for all ages, including a children’s play area and Community Square. Landscaped seating and green spaces create areas to relax and socialise, while the Fosse Foxes Art Trail, a colourful collection of life-size fox sculptures designed by local artists and community groups, celebrates Leicester’s creativity and rich heritage.

About Rushden Lakes

From high-street favourites to designer brands, Rushden Lakes in Northamptonshire is a leading destination for shopping, dining and leisure, where everyday essentials and sought-after fashion sit alongside the striking backdrop of the Nene Wetlands nature reserve. 

With nearly 450,000 sq ft of space, Rushden Lakes attracts more than 8 million visitors each year. A mix of well-known brands and independent retailers is complemented by lakeside dining, welcoming cafés and a range of leisure activities, including a cinema, indoor climbing, soft play and adventure golf. 

Set beside the Nene Wetlands, a unique square mile of natural and man-made habitats managed by The Wildlife Trust, Rushden Lakes also offers access to scenic walking routes, an outdoor sculpture trail and opportunities for canoeing. The wetlands are a thriving wildlife haven, with around 20,000 waterbirds visiting each year to breed, winter or rest during migrations between Arctic Russia and southern Africa.
