Preparing for Purple Tuesday – Improving the disabled customer experience 

As part of our work to make our places and destinations accessible for everyone, we partner with Purple to improve the customer experience of disabled people.

We were delighted to host a virtual event, joined by Mike Adams OBE, CEO of Purple, who shared his personal experiences which led him to establish the Purple movement. Mike also provided practical tips for how businesses can improve accessibility. Rose Stuart, Customer Experience Manager at Marks and Spencer, shared tried and tested accessibility initiatives; and Deborah Clark, Senior Social Sustainability Manager at The Crown Estate, touched upon our work to date and future ambition for collaboration in this space.
