We take a holistic approach to every aspect of a development. Working with leading architects, who are visionary in their approach and experienced in revitalising heritage buildings, we ensure that sustainable design is embedded from the outset.

Working with our joint venture partners, including Oxford Properties, HOOOP, and NBREM, we have delivered new iconic buildings such as 7 Air Street, the Grade II listed building to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, and St James’s Market.

 

St James's Market

Our landmark scheme, delivered in partnership with Oxford Properties, has created a new district in the West End. We used our expertise within London to blend heritage with contemporary style, re-establishing this area for the long term.

Set around a public square and art pavilion, it is home to an outstanding line-up of eclectic restaurants and flagship stores from major lifestyle brands. St James’s Market has created a world-class destination for visitors and businesses, with a complementary mix of office, retail and dining accommodation, which reflects our wider strategy for the rejuvenation of St James’s.
