The portfolio includes 15 vibrant and popular retail and leisure destinations covering over five million sq ft of space in city centres and out-of-town locations across England. With an estimated 100 million visits each year, they include Fosse Park in Leicester, Rushden Lakes in Northamptonshire, and joint ventures at  Westgate in Oxford and Crown Point in Leeds.
