The Crown Estate launches its first flexible office space at One Heddon Street

The Crown Estate today announces the launch of its first dedicated co-working and flexible office space at One Heddon Street, creating a new hub for professionals, startups, and project teams in the heart of the West End.


The launch heralds a new strategic direction for offices across The Crown Estate’s Central London portfolio, as the business pivots to offer a much broader range of workspaces and services, for new and existing office customers, across Regent Street and St James.

One Heddon Street will offer 350 desks and a breadth of flexible memberships, ranging from private offices for two to twelve people, to resident desks and co-working.  Members will also be able to draw on shared amenities, including bookable meeting rooms, boardroom, concierge services, a private roof terrace, and flexible events space, as well as a specially curated programme of exercise and wellbeing activities and networking events, giving members an opportunity to network, share and learn. 

Like The Crown Estate’s own head office in St James’s Market, which is the first WELL Platinum certified office in Europe, One Heddon Street has been built with the wellbeing of its members in mind, with features such as adjustable sit-stand desks, internal planting and living wall, extensive use of natural light, and filtered water throughout, to support the health and wellbeing of all those using the space.

Located just off Regent Street, in a Grade II listed building, the development has the best of the West End’s flagship retail and restaurants on its doorstep, and joins a community of professionals, across The Crown Estate’s two million sq ft of office space in the area.

Little Green, part of the award-winning Daisy Green Collection, has opened on the ground and first floors of the building, offering Aussie style brunch and artisan coffee through to evening cocktails, creating a beautiful, double-height social space for Heddon Street’s members and visitors.
